What setup do I need on my end?

Almost nothing. We need a way for new leads to reach our system, usually a forward from your contact form or a dedicated lead address. No software to install, no website changes, no app to learn.

For replies, you have two options. Most clients prefer that we send from their own domain, so leads see the message coming from the business they contacted. If you’d rather keep it on our side, we can set up a dedicated address like yourbusiness@svarklar.com and reply from there. Either works, and you can switch later.

What info do you need from me to start?

We collect this in a 20-minute conversation:

  • Your business name and service area
  • Your hours
  • The kind of work you do
  • The tone you want us to use
  • How to escalate the leads we can’t handle alone

Then we go.

How soon can you start replying to my leads?

Usually within a day or two of that first conversation. Setup is the easy part. We move at the speed you can give us answers.
