How SvarKlar works

SvarKlar is three AI hires for your shop, built by hand and run for you. You decide how every reply goes out. No big software to learn, no contract, no price posted online.

Book a call

Most small service businesses lose work the same way. A call or a website message comes in while the owner is on a ladder, under a sink, or inside a customer's home. Nobody can grab it. The caller does not wait. They dial the next name on Google.

SvarKlar fixes that gap. It answers leads, follows up, and handles the small admin jobs that pile up, so a good customer never hits silence. This page explains how it works, who is behind it, and what you stay in charge of.

The three AI hires

Think of SvarKlar as staff you do not have to recruit, train, or babysit. There are three hires. You start with the one your shop needs most, and add the others when it makes sense.

The Receptionist

This is the one most shops start with. The Receptionist answers inbound leads day and night, including the calls and messages you miss. It replies to a website form, a text, or a social message in seconds. It asks the right questions, books the job or the callback, and follows up if the customer goes quiet.

The after-hours catch is where the money is. A broken spring at midnight or a burst pipe at 2am is high-value work, and it is the work most likely to go to voicemail. The Receptionist picks it up so you do not lose it. See how the AI Receptionist works for the full breakdown.

The Account Manager

The Account Manager handles the follow-up that keeps revenue moving after the first contact. It confirms appointments, sends reminders so you cut no-shows, and chases the small unpaid invoices nobody enjoys chasing. It also revives leads that went cold and asks happy customers for a review.

This is the work that quietly leaks money when the day gets busy. More on it in how the AI Account Manager works.

The Administrator

The Administrator takes the back-office load off your plate. It sorts the inbox, drafts replies, chases and checks the documents a job needs, and pulls together a simple overnight summary so you open the day to a clean list instead of a pile. Read more in how the AI Administrator works.

Built by hand, one shop at a time

SvarKlar is not a big software platform you sign up for and figure out alone. Fred builds and runs it personally for each customer. He sets it up by hand for your shop, your services, and the way you already talk to customers.

That matters because owners have been burned. The common story is a big system with a six-month onboarding, features nobody uses, and a contract that is hard to exit. One owner put it plainly in a review: "We have never been onboarded. We paid for a year and don't use it." SvarKlar is the opposite of that. It is the underdog, not the enterprise. One person you can actually reach, building one thing that works for your shop.

There is no contract that traps you. If it is not earning its keep, you stop. The whole pitch only works if the thing does real work, so the setup is sized to your shop, not to a sales target.

You control how replies go out

This is the part owners worry about most, so it is worth being clear. The fear is reasonable: an AI saying the wrong thing to a paying customer, or sounding like a robot on a high-value job. With SvarKlar, you set the rules at onboarding, and you can change them later.

Here is what you decide:

  • Auto-send or draft-and-approve. Replies can go out on their own, or land as a draft you approve first. You choose, per channel, and you can start cautious and loosen up once you trust it.
  • Whose name it is sent from. Replies can go out from your own address or a SvarKlar one, under your business name. It is never made to look like it is from your own domain when it is not.
  • How it signs off. Replies can be signed as you, as your team, or labeled as SvarKlar. Your call. And if a customer asks whether they are talking to AI, it will not lie.
  • What you see. You can be copied on everything, blind-copied, or left out of the routine stuff. You stay as close as you want.
  • What gets sent straight to you. Emergencies and anything unclear go to you with the full context, not a guess. The AI does not wing a high-value or risky call.

The point is simple. You are not handing your customers to a black box. You are setting the guardrails, and the system stays inside them.

Why there is no price on the site

You will not find a price button here, and that is on purpose. Every shop is different. The setup, the number of channels, and the volume of leads all change the work. A solo handyman and a ten-tech plumbing shop are not the same build.

So price comes up on the call, once we know what your shop actually needs. There is a setup fee and a monthly cost, both sized to you. Nothing is locked in stone before we talk. Leading with outcomes first, and the number second, is the honest order to do this in.

What SvarKlar is not

Being clear about the edges saves everyone time. SvarKlar is not a chatbot that tries to do everything, and it is not a replacement for your team. It does not replace your field-service software. It connects to tools like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber instead of trying to be them.

It starts with written channels: website forms, text, and messages, not live phone answering. And it is not a lead-buying service. It works the leads you already get, so a good one never slips away.

How it actually starts

The first step is a short call. We talk about where leads are slipping, which hire fits your shop best, and what good replies should sound like in your voice. If it is a fit, Fred builds the setup by hand and runs it for you.

You can see the full picture on the services page, or pick the hire that matches your biggest gap and read how that one works.

That is the whole idea behind SvarKlar. Three AI hires that do real work, a setup built for your shop by the person who runs it, and replies that go out the way you decide. No software to wrestle with, no contract, no surprise.

If you want to see whether it fits, book a call or read how each hire works: the Receptionist, the Account Manager, and the Administrator.
